After upgrading Jira to 6.x the Jira Linker plugin is not supported but supposed to use the https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA050/Linking+Issuesbuilt in features. Is there any tool to migrate the existing custom field values into Confluence issue link?

My only thought on this would be to write a SQL qeury to pull out the linked issue keys and then bulk update the new field issue link to the values from the previous SQL export.

Actually the direction of the migraion is the opposite. We have customfield containing the url of the knowledgebase and want to link issues with pages.
