Hi Team,
I have a project that have boards and this boards cointains columns.
I would like to move back tasks that were archived from column Done to column Done again.
I think, I remeber I adjusted tasks to be automatically archived after one month, now I want to cancel it and keep all tasks Done in column Done.
Can you please advise how to do it.
I have could and new Jira version.
Many thanks,
Dear @Marcin Szarek,
if you are working with agile boards (Scrum) that's not that easy. I explain:
Issues are assigned to one sprint. Then they are done. When you finish the sprint, they got 'archived' in your words. When starting a new sprint, the will not be back on the board even you change there status, because they are assigned to a "done sprint".
So to make them come back, you need to change also there sprint. But I cannot recommend this, because all those reports and velocities get blown up.

Dear @Marcin Szarek,
for Kanban its the same as described with sprints. The issues are bound to a version. If this gets released, they disappear.
You can alter the version or mark it as unreleased. Then they are back.

Dear @Marcin Szarek,
they are nit really archived. The board doesn't display them, when the above condition are true.
To see them you have to 'Search for Issues'. Best you search for all issues of the latest released version within your project.

that new look is on Cloud - I have no XP with this new feature. Best you search through this question - I have seen some related.
And please accept my answer, if you were satisfied.
