How to move only a particular Jira cloud project to another instance along with config schemes?

Hi All,

We have a requirement to move the config Scheme of a project in one Jira Cloud Instance to a project of another Jira Cloud Instance.  The other projects and schemes available on destination should not be impacted.

We are aware of backup and restore option available, but it overwrites the whole data in destination instance.

It would be great if you can suggest some approach to achieve this.

Hi, not sure if it will help, but you can try Deep Clone addon I believe you can set up, what should be moved and what not. Hope it helps.

Thank you for mentioning Deep Clone, @Jan Šimek. At the moment we only offer bulk cloning issues between instances.

Cloning company-managed projects only works within one instance.

But we have that feature in our backlog, so if you're interested in cloning projects between cloud instances, feel free to reach out to us. This would help us to prioritize. Thank you!
