How to prevent Project Administrator from deleting a project?

A User with the Permission "Administer Projects" is able to delete the Project with this Permission Scheme.

Is there a way to restrict the "Delete Project" Permission to Jira-(System)-Admin?

your right. I did not check, if the User is also a Jira Administrator.

Hi Michael 

A project administrator cannot delete a project. Only JIRA administrators and System Administrators can delete projects.
