How to prevent kanban board from showing when I follow browse project link?

One of my users created a rapid view kanban board for a project. Now, whenever somebody opens the browse project link (ie /browse/PROJECT_KEY) it always takes you to the kanban board. How, as an admin, can I prevent this?

Once you click on Issues, the "browse/PROJECT_KEY" link seems to point us back to the Issues view of it. We have a request to have it so that link ALWAYS takes us to the Kanban board... (I guess this is almost the same thing, just the flipside.)
