Is there a query that can be used to filter issues that belong to an EPIC and are distributed in different hierarchy levels? I am using a structure like this:
[Feature_ComprehensiveRequirement] -> [Feature_Systemrequirement] -> [Feature_Userrequirement] -> [Task] -> [Subtask]
Now, i want to collect all tasks in a Systemrequirement.
Next step would be to accumulate all storypoints...
Thanks a lot, mhxy
Hi, @Mathias Hoffmann. In addition to the possible solution mentioned by @Rahul_RVS, there are a number of other products on the Atlassian Marketplace that add the ability to create custom hierarchies in your Jira projects.
The most popular are Advance Roadmaps by Atlassian (formerly called Portfolio | 2.5 Stars), BigPicture by SoftwarePlant (3 Stars), and Structure for Jira, by ALM Works (4.75 Stars).
Of course, "popular" doesn't always mean "best." You should have a look at these and more and decide which best meets your needs.
[Full disclosure, I work for the company that makes Structure.]
