I have to say Atlassian makes it really hard to reach a human. It took WEEKS to get a simple quote for one product. Today I am trying to download a new version of Insights Discovery and the web page says that IE11 is not supported. As I am using Edge this is a bit amusing but it becomes less amusing when there is no way to reach anyone at Atlassian to have them fix their code since they have nice little buckets but no other. I have a picture showing the URL, the silly error and the fact that I am using the CURRENT version of Edge on Windows
I'm not seeing this problem, could you explain a bit more?
Not sure how I can make it clearer as I stated the problem AND included a picture.
I am using the CURRENT version of EDGE as my web browser on the Windows platform and the Atlassian web site THINKS I am using the obsolete IE11 browser. So anyone visiting the site with EDGE cannot use the Atlassian site because of this DEFECT.

I am also using the current version of Edge and it works fine. I've re-tested, and from three very different computers.
My question is asking for more information precisely because no-one else can replicate the problem.
It's "what are you doing differently to us?"

It is working today so apparently someone at Atlassian quietly fixed their defective code. I was simply visiting the web page and then clicking on Get it now button as I recall.
Assets Discovery | Atlassian Marketplace
Since it appears to not be possible to alert Atlassian about defects on their Marketplace site history will repeat itself. The fact that I could visit the site and then get the error is one thing but navigate among many pages before seeing the error says they have code that is not consistent among their pages.

Very unlikely, as there are no other reports of this problem, and Atlassian don't release changes over the Christmas period often (it's far more likely that you've changed something on your browser that you were doing differently to the rest of us)
But there's no way to be sure.

Nope. Been there and have the t shirt. There is no way to reach anyone at Atlassian for their broken marketplace web site using that URL.
