This is a community of users and unfortunately we have no access administer other users' site or look at the status of their sites/accounts/subscriptions.
Did you receive some message about the products being suspended? What did the message say?
Were you trying to use a Free subscription, or were you actually using a non-free Standard subscription as indicated by your post tags?
For a free subscription it is possible that you exceeded the 10 licensed users limit which would automatically cause your product to be upgraded to a Standard (non-free) subscription on trial. If you then did not provide information to enable Atlassian to bill you, and did not reduce your licensed users, then your products would be suspended for non-payment.
Is an Organization Admin able to see your products through https://admin.atlassian.com? Such an individual should be able to see how many licensed users there are for your product. If you have exceeded the limit, you will need to reduce the number of licensed users before you can get your product reactivated.
If you were signed up for a non-free Standard subscription and Atlassian was unable to bill you based on the payment data provided, that would be another reason for the product to be suspended. In that case you would need to provide valid payment information through https://admin.atlassian.com in order to get the product reactivated.
