The company have an account but we dont have the access

IF you referring to a site that is deactivated and you are not able to use it please reach out to billing team and they can further check this from backend

IF you referring to a email account that is deactivated then

Can you provide more details about the symptoms you see when trying to access the account? Are you getting some sort of message? Can you share that message with us?
