Hello, Im wondering can anyone advise on this one?
Basically a colleague had a jira board of which i was added, over time I started using it as my main Jira board for the project with a client as we both started working with the client.
He eventually let that account go inactivated as he was not using it, and it's now currently completely innaccessable saying...
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team."
However, when either he or me goes to the support, and when it asks for the jira board url it says it cannot find it. "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."
Without an email address to contact them, we now have no way of recovering this. Is it possible?
Jira Software has some active incidents currently which the Atlassian team is working on it. So please after some time and let us know if still this issue persists.
Hi, thanks for your help, but just by coincidence I posted my query during these incidents. My problem is not related to this however. It's related to the account and board no longer being active. It has been like that for months. The url is https://dognotduck.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/PLN2/boards/3, so the account is https://dognotduck.atlassian.net

Hi @adriandecleir ,
Could you please click on the search bar and Navigate to Boards section at the bottom of the menu bar and check whether you are able to see that board

Hello, unfortunately no I can't see it. It's worth noting I am not the admin of it so I would be looking at it from a different jira account. The main account url itself is inactive. https://dognotduck.atlassian.net/
Thanks for your help.
