My subscription in jira was suspended because my account hasn't been renewed. After renewing it exalate for jira app stop synchronization .

Nodes get archived if they are connected to expired instances.
Please raise an issue on the support portal to unarchive your node
https://support.idalko.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/8
