How to remove 1 duplicated row in structure

I have duplicate issue tickets in my structure. I want to remove ONE of the copies. Everytime I highlight a duplicate item (row), it removes all rows showing that item. Then I have to re-add this back once.

Is there a way to remove only 1 row when it is duplicated in the structure?
