How to remove Resolution Det. field

We decide Resolut. Summary field is enough, and most of people just copy/paste from summary to details field. So we want to completely remove the Resolution Det. field. I did the following:

1. Hide this field in the Field Configuration
2. Remove the filed from the Defect_screen, Defect_submit_for_review_screen.

Although now this field is no longer in the Submit For Review screen, but when I click Submit For Review button, it gives me an error "Please enter a value for Resolution Details".

How to fix this?

You have a validator in the workflow that says "you must put in a value for Resolution Details"

Edit the workflow, find it on the "submit for review" transition, and remove it.
