Hi all,
Our TestRail and Jira are integrategrated with each other. When viewing the issue in Jira, is there a way to hide the TestRail: Cases and TestRail: Runs from the view?
I checked in Settings > Manage apps > Configure (button), but could not see and option to hide these modules.
Appreciate if someone could help me figure this out.
Sometimes the hardest question have the simplest answer.
To remove TestRail module in Jira view:
1. Click the Apps menu > Manage apps
2. Expand the app TestRail for Jira Test Management
3. Click configure button
4. Unselect the name of your project from the list of projects under Limit to Projects you don't want TestRail module to be appearing on (screenshot below)
5. Click Save button.
I´m trying to figure out the same thing, disable testrail for Jira Service Desk.
I reached out to Testrail support and they told be to uninstall the addon if I wanted to hide these boxes :)

The unnecessary testrail nonsense seems to disappear with Jira's "new issue view" enabled.
Which probably means TestRail doesn't work with that, but at least the most obvious things on the page are no longer three unnecessary testrail login buttons I don't need and can't use.
