How to remove the dismissed employee (JIRA does not offer this option)?

Hi Aleksandr,

I do not know which version of JIRA are you using, but JIRA have an option to deactivate user directly from the UI. This was introduced in 5.1.x version.

To deactivate a user account:

1. Locate the user in the User browser and click their Edit link in the Operations column.
2. In the resulting form, clear the Active check box.
3. Click Update to confirm the change.

You would better deactivate the user by removing from all user groups. This will block the user from Login In to the application.
