How to remove "This is shared with Alpha, Brett Kennedy, Rey Jakku, and Finn 2187" from email not

My customers receiving notifications with a footer that include "How to remove "This is shared with Alpha, Brett Kennedy, Rey Jakku, and Finn 2187"

How I can remove this string?

Hi @IT Support 

Welcome to the community , you can do this by update the email template

- Project Settings

- Customer Notifications

- Template

then update the template content as in the image below

I don't have any issues with this template, I just cannot understand where those users coming from.  (and this one is default settings)

This is just an example and the customer would not receive these users in the email notification , if the agent/customer shared the request with others then this line will be replaced with the real users values
