I am exploring BigPicture for Sprint and I have created the Sprint box. I have added necessary information in the Scope so my tasks are visible in the Board. So far great and I have started the Sprint.
Now I want to track my team progress (Burndown chart in Jira). So out of all the options, I find the Work Progress -> Time Spent is the most useful one in Board. It shows me in % of hours logged by the team which I can later compare with Story Point progress. However, I am facing a challenge here.
In my team, there is always a difficulty in properly estimating a task and hence, there will be tasks from previous sprint iteration. Due to this, in my current sprint, the Work Progress -> Time Spent is not starting in 0% and has the time spent from previous sprint. How can I reset it to 0%?
I am glad that you give a try to BigPicture!
There is no possibility to reset 'Total' values because our plugin bases on the 'Time Spent' values from Jira.
However, if you find the 'Totals' useful, perhaps you should consider a workaround and use the option of splitting an issue. In the split task, 'Time spent' values are not copied, so synchronizing it with the new Sprint will always show 0% of work progress at the beginning of the Sprint.
Thanks @Anna-BigPicture
Is there a possibility to split the task from BigPicture? I would like to move our team out of Jira and use Big Picture as 1 centralised location. It will be a bummer if I ask them to split a task in Kanban board and plan Sprint in BigPicture

At the moment, splitting issue from the BigPicture level is not available. However, we are aware that this functionality is very useful for our clients, and it’s already on our Roadmap.
