Hello,
I have taken over as our JIRA Admin. The previous Admin has moved on before showing me "how to". I'm learning as I go (taking online courses and reading a lot). My question is how to resolve/show work completed in My Assignment's. Most of the assigned work is giving access to Wiki, Jenkins, Jira which I have been doing but I do not know how to mark resolve/close/completed any of the requests in My Assignments in My Dashboard so the requests are still show as "Grant Access".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the workflow assigned to those issues. If you open an issue, there should be a toolbar at the top:
The buttons I have circled are the transition buttons with the Workflow button being a dropdown that appears if there are more than 3 transitions available. You may have to "walk" the issue through the workflow to finally get to a Closed or Done status (or something similar). To see the workflow, you can click on the "view workflow" link that appears next to the "Status" field of the issue.
Wade, I do not have "Triage, Ready for Dev or Workflow" buttons. I have emailed an Admin about the issue.
Thanks
Odell

You should have some buttons there - Wade has shown you the workflow that is set in his Jira, but workflows often vary between systems. Do you have anything at all between "More" and "Admin"?

Ah, I have the "Credentials Sent" and that seems to have changed the status.
Thanks Nic and Wade.
