How to restrict creation of ticket(particular issue type) for few roles in a project?

Hi,

We have a master release issue type in AT project and we are planning to restrict creation tickets only TPM Group. Please advise how to achieve.

You have to add validators in the create transition of the specific issue types that you want to restrict, like the following:

Or if you have an app, like JMWE or scriptrunner, which allows scripting, you can use that to type the project role restriction.

From project permission scheme remove create issue permission for all groups and add only what you want (tpm)
