How to revert a workflow edition that was assigned to all projects of the same template?

Good morning, I created a project, management project, and by editing the workflow, both the statuses, transitions and the name itself, I ended up assigning this same flow, to all projects in the same template in the company jira, I assigned the same workflow scheme. The question is, how can I revert this situation to the original one that was before this issue of mine, with the flows of each project before the intervention?

You need to work out exactly what you did so you can reverse it.  I am not 100% sure from what you have said.

I am guessing that you created a new (management) project using shared configuration and then edited the workflow.

If that is the case, the workflow editor would have worked in draft mode, and asked if you wanted to save a copy of the workflow. 

If you edited the workflow while it was inactive and then applied the workflow scheme to all the projects, then you'll only be able to go back if you took a copy.

If you do not have a copy/backup then you'll need to rebuild the workflow you want the projects to be using.

Once you have recovered the workflow somehow, then you can apply it back into the scheme and go through a reverse migration back to it.

However, if your edits removed status, you may have issues that you can't put back.  Imagine that you removed the status "blocked" from the workflow, and you had 40 blocked issues.  Jira will have asked you to move them into another status.   Let's say you put them back to "open" which is in both workflows.  When you go back to the workflow with "blocked" in it, you can't know which of the now "open" issues were blocked, so there's no automatic way back for them - you'll have to open each one that was blocked and move it back into blocked.
