How to search for issues that are OPENED AGAIN BEFORE

Hello, i would like to know if there is a way to filter issues that area open right now, but there were opened again lets say within a week ago. By "same" issues i mean issues that have same attributes, such as "Device ID". In a nutshell all i want, is to know if a ticket for the same "Device ID" has been opened again (and closed since) within the last seven days or so.

Well, i could be of help, but it isn't. Because this filters the reopened tickets, i want to see any new ticket that's freshly opened and running, but there were a ticket for the same "Device ID" let's say... I mean, two different tickets with same attributes...
