Hi Everyone!
We created a status in our Kanban board for issues that are blocked and required further assistance. Without creating a brand new column, our team wanted another way to ensure that the team can clearly see when a ticket is blocked and requires further assistance.
I am unsure if there were any ticket fields that will change the ticket preview so that it's indicated clearly. I found an easy workaround for now with Epics but I am not sure if using Epic's this way would be the best option.

I personally recommend using card colours and using status on kanban board view as you did.

As @Deniz Tımartaş suggested using card colour based on the status can be a simple and quick way to highlight those issues.
Also you can use dashboard gadget to display only these blocked issues else where + also create a filter subscription to remind people about these issues.
