How to see already completed issues?

Hi, we started a project in April. The release date is next year, Now we are trying JIRA Portfolio 2.

I created a plan in August and can see only the issues planned for the future period. 

How I can see the issues, which were completed BEFORE I created a plan?

You influence what you see in the scope view by changing the filters. Have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAPortfolioCloud/Using+scope+filters

I have the same question...how do you include closed stories from closed sprints within a current  release
