Is there a way to enable in the board overview, on which tasks comments have been made (and how many new comments are there?)
How can you make it to send a notification out when tagging someone with "@" ?

This feature, to count comments is not implemented on JIRA yet.
However, there is a feature request for this to be available in the future.
