How to segregate admin duties

I would like to have a setup to segregate admin duties between Jira application / server level and Jira configuration / project management tasks. Is this possible?

Hi Vedat, 

Please review the Jira global permission
and create jira-admin and jira system-admin groups and add it to the respective global permission.

Are you referring to the separation between Project Administrators and Jira Administrators?

Server-level administration is separate from either of those.
