Hi,
I have setup Incoming Email handler in my JIRA account and able to create the ticket automatically.
But, I want to send an email acknowledgment to from Email user once the Ticket has been created
FYI, The user may or may not have the account in JIRA
Could you please help me on the above scenario?

Considering that youre using jira software, to have a notification event working, all the users must be licensed.
When users / customers are not licensed, is better use Jira Service Management product, that is made for this kind of communication with external users
