How to separate 2 projects with a same instance and same actors ?

We create 2 projects

we have same actors but we'd like not see the tickets/Labels.... of the old project when we are on the new project

Actually I have

- Project A (Old)

- Project B

I have many users (administrators et users) affected ton project A and B

the users can access to both projects A and B

one user decides to choose project B on the the dashboard "project"

in this case he has'nt access to the ticket of the project A

Today in the project B we can see the ticket on the project A directly on "demands"

it could be a bazaar for the simple users

these two project has different names?

filter project = A and labels = old labels 

filter project = B and labels = new labels 

and view it in two different boards, separated by the filters.

not sure i did understand you correctly.
