How to set automation to link one newly-created issue to multiple related issues?

Hi, here's my case:

I have issue A related to issue B / C / D /...  in project1
Now I create another issue E in project 2.

I need an automation to link issue E as the cause to issue A / B / C / D / ....upon creating issue E.

Is that possible and how can I do it?
