Hi there,
I am looking to develop a RAIDD dashboard for my team. We are paying the standard subscription and have two active boards that were migrated to us from an external consultant we contracted. How do I:
1. Create a backlog using the existing board/s with all new risks, issues, decisions and parking lot items.
2. Be able to link risks and issues with each other.
3. See the backlog of risks, issues, decisions and parking lot items visible (pie chart view).
I have already created the dashboard but finding it difficult on next steps around creating individual risks, issues, decisions and parking lot items that can be visible on the dashboard.
I would appreciate a step by step manual on how to successfully perform this task.
Thank you,
Hi @Beejal.Batavia,
You could define an issue type in Jira (with the appropriate fields) for each of them: Risk, Assumption, Issue, Decision, Dependency, etc
Once you have these issue types defined, you can add the items with the appropriate type (risks, assumptions, issues, etc).
Then, linking risk to issues can simply be done by using the Link button from each item.
And you can add all kind of statistics displayed in your dashboards by using the Jira's native gadgets like Pie Chart gadget, Two Dimentional Filter Statistics gadget or Issue Statistics gadget.
Danut.
Hi Danut,
Thank you for providing these steps, I have managed to successfully build my platform.
Much appreciated,
Beejal

We can help you build a spreadsheet-looking table view that you can divide your Risks-Assumptions-Decisions-Dependencies into separate sheets and apply also a Risk Model for your risk assessment. Unlike the Boards, you can work with the content directly in the Table view.
We would love to show the capabilities of the Risk Manager Plus app. You are most welcome to book a suitable date and time to have this discussion.
Greetings!
Monika
