How to set up issue heirarchy in cloud trial?

I am trying to set up initiatives as an umbrella for epics but the documentation tells me that I need to make a change in the database.  How do I get SQL access to the database when in a Cloud trial implementation?

Damn.  Then I can't do my trial.  Would Atlassian make such a change for us?

No, they can't support a system where the end-user might be able to completely break everything by having access to the back end.  It defeats the point of SAAS offerings!

You do not.

Cloud does not allow any access to the database.
