I want to share a common task/Bug between 2 different projects.
In Asana it can be done using Labels.
I check "Link" option but it only links different bugs within same project.
Hi @Vaibhav Bansal,
What is your intention to share the issue?
Do you want it to be visible in both projects? If so, where should it be visible, on a board, on a dashboard?
Should users of both projects work on that issue ?
#1 - Yes, i want it to be visible on both the projects. It should be visible in backlogs/sprint.
#2 - Yes, Users of both the projects should be able to work on that issue.
Kindly suggest.

#1 you just have to edit your board filter, so that your issue is selected for both boards. You can do this also with labels for example, if you add something like (or project = B and label = xy).
#2 You have to add the users of the other project to the users and roles, so that they get permission to see/edit the issues.

Thanks @Bastian Stehmann it worked !! :)
I want to know whether it is possible to create subprojects within same project.
For example i create a project with a Product name and within it i create different sub projects with the clients name those who are using it.
Thanks in advance :)

Out of the Box Jira does not support Sub-Projects.
Maybe Components are a way to structure your issues, if you do not use them yet.
And there is this add-on that lets you create something like that https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211825/configuration-management-toolkit

Do you have any plugins which helps to create issue during post-function ? if you you may try creating a duplicate issue on second project once the first issue is created.
