How to solve this issue: e TypeRequiredSub - Incident Sub - Incident There are no issue types with

I have created a sub task with different workflow and field configuration.  When i create a sub task, i get the following message under issue type :e TypeRequired Sub - IncidentThere are no issue types with compatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.The issue type can only be changed by moving this issue.

I have already associated it with workflow and field configuration.

How to solve this issue?

Please check this out and If this is the case the workaround is viewable in this KB article:

• Some issue types are unavailable due to incompatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.
