How to solve this issue when uploading json file to Jira Xray ?

i'm trying to execute my cucumber tests on jenkins and then upload test result to Xray to update tests result , bu i face problem when  jenkins start to upload file into Xray saying thanks a lot for helping me .

Starting to import results from CucumberTestReport.json
ERROR: Step ‘Xray: Results Import Task’ failed: Unable to confirm Result of the upload..... Upload Failed! Status:503 Response:{"error":"Server Error - Add-on 'com.xpandit.plugins.xray' disallowed to impersonate the user because 'no valid active user exists'"}

According to the error message returned, it looks like the user you're trying to use to import the Execution Results doesn't have access to the Jira site. You should check if the user has access in the User Management menu.
