How to start multiple sprints after "Parallel Sprints" is enabled?

I'm a site administrator, I've enabled Parallel Sprints in Jira > Product settings, but I could not start multiple sprints, with or without tasks.

Is there any pre-condition that must be met for multiple sprints to be able to start?

At the moment, I can only start the top sprint, while the lower sprint in the backlog, has a greyed out start sprint button.

Would appreciate any help possible please.

It does not work in the new agile project. If you use the classic scrum the parallel sprints work just fine. 

Create new project and use the classic scrum board template.

Thank you so much Aditya.  I changed the template to classic scrum and voila, concurrent sprints can start.

Are you using a Next-Gen project? 

If so, parallel sprints are not yet an available feature for Next-Gen.  Please see this suggestion to add the feature, which you can vote for:
