in jira, a user is looking at the ticket history and so am i -- now I see specific dates and times for the various entries in history, like 04/16/2025 4:33pm, but the other user only sees "last week" -- what do they need to change to see the full date and time stamp of history entires?
You should be able to change the time format by clicking on the date, 04/16/2025 4:33 PM, or "last week".
That worked for me to toggle between the two. I've asked the user to confirm, but expect it is resolved.

As a follow-up note, the user that is seeing the relative times did not have her timezone set initially, but has done it now and has flushed the browser cache and restarted -- but no change reported. I have asked her to try another browser to rule out the caching, but have yet to hear back.
