How to track queries/questions in JIRA?

Need to understand how projects can handle the queries/questions on requirements ?

Hi @Ravindra Kambalakatta

Welcome to the community.

with jira default ticket types you can either create a task or a sub task. but our company has a ticket type created call Query to handle questions regarding requirements. 

But I think a sub task or a task would be ideal if you want to handle the question separately. but simply you can manage this through comments also. 

For help/queries form customers are handled separately with JIRA service desk. 

there might be other efficient ways. but this is how our company handle this.

When it comes to Customer Support related stuff definitely the choice is Jira Service Desk. It is a Customer Support / Support Desk tool by Atlassian.

But if you are talking about the Internal things (Issues/Errors/Bugs of the Project) then I think Jira tasks will be the way for it.
