How to transfer Trello cards to Jira

I have found an article about importing Trello cards into Jira projects, but while in the settings of a project, I do not see the "System" tab this documentation tells me to look for.

I have an admin role, so I don't think this is due to my user role. 

Is there a reason I can't make it to step 2 on this list?

Hi Jenna

You could access Trello import wizard within following URL that I put a screenshot of it:

https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ExternalImport1.jspa

This option is only available in the Cloud version and removed from the server version.

It turns out it was an issue with my role even though I did not believe that to be the case.
