The person listed as our organization admin is no longer with the company, and we are not able to access their account. How can I transfer the organization admin to my or another active account?

@Emily Fisher , if that admin is a local user(internal) and not an external user or part of LDAP(external directory), then you can gain access using 'Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights, and update username and password. or give admin access yourself. But you will have to have access to the server.
