How to transition subtasks in parent transition post-function. (On-demand)

I want to:
Transition a task and trigger a post-function that will apply a transition to all sub-tasks.

Does anybody know of an add-on that is available for an on-demand environment that can accomplish this, or any way at all of achieving my goal?

Hi Brett, problem is that you can't use add-ons in the OD version. In my case I use Script Runner for stuff like that, but I have Standalone version.
