How to turn on bi-directional issue sync with Jira and Github teams?

Hi, 

I am trying to sync Jira with GitHub. I'd really appreciate if I could  get some insights on how to turn on bi-directional issue sync with Jira and Github teams? 

But my company has Github Teams and not Github Enterprise.

• What exactly is "Github Teams"?
• What exactly do you mean by "bi-directional sync"? Which information would you expect to be synced?
