I have tried "Hierarchy for Jira" application in Jira cloud and now I can't uninstall it.
Can someone suggest solution?
Application does not have any permissions but its link still present in details of issues.
Can you share the screenshot of the 'Manage apps' section? Any app installed should be available there for uninstalling..

It uninstalled properly and i dont have it in my project/apps anymore.
As you mentioned that this is for a free plan and Atlassian support can not look into this, could you write to the app vendor about this?

For Free plans, the support is through community. I am not able to reproduce the problem.
May be you could write to the app vendor to check if they have seen such problem before - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220574/hierarchy-for-jira-custom-issue-structure-jira-tree-view?tab=support&hosting=cloud

Please do report this - although we don't have to support the free or starter user tiers, we do still want to hear about any problems, no matter the size. https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/59/user/login?destination=portal%2F59 is the place to contact Adaptavist - even if it's just a "it doesn't work for me and throws these errors" report, it's useful to our developers and product managers.
