How to update all the required fields during transition in bulk by uploading csv file

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

To update the existing issue, you must include the issue key in one of the column and necessary field in the next columns and import the csv file.

Also please note, you should IMPORT the file from External System Import to update the existing issues as shown below -
