How to upload using CSV Original Estimate ?
The field "original estimate" is note displayed within the mapping fields
You do have the field "original estimate" if you have Jira Software.
this is my problem, I do not have the filed "original estimate" in section "jira field" to complete the mapping.

Do you have Jira Software? If not, then you won't have the field Original Estimate, because this field comes with Jira Software.

My project is configurated as "Classic software project" in JIRA, with template SCRUM.
In another project with template KANBAN, i can upload "original estimate", because the field is displayed within mapping fields. In projects using tempate SCRUM, i don't have ""original estimate" within mapping fields.
Do you know how to solve this ?

Hi Jira Support and Experts,
I am trying the same wherein I have exported a CSV file with Jira Issues from an existing project with the Original Estimate field filled in, to a new project. However I cannot import Original Estimate as I am not able to map to an Original Estimate Field in the new project. The Original Estimate Field doesn't show up on the right hand side of the Mapping screen.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks!
