Hi @Ravindra Bharathi ,

You installed a connector app. Connector apps are free but the only functionality is to connect external Jira, Confluence or Bitbucket instances to your main instance. But your main instance needs one of the paid apps (free up to 10 users):

• Dashboard Hub for Jira or

• Dashboard Hub for Confluence
