How to work with few JIRA Structure synchronizers?

Hi there,

Please help to solve the problem with JIRA Structure synchronizers.

Here's a screenshot of how our settings looking like:

The problem is the issues that are related to epics (issues in epic) doesn't match epics in the hierarchy in Structure.

What's the right way to link epics and issues, sub-tasks of issues, issues that blocks other issues and defects in one Structure?
