HowTo migrate Jira 7.3.6/Confluence6.1.3 to a new Server with latest Version

Hey Folks,

Is there any known (safe) way to migrate jira/confluence to a new server with the newest versions? My customer has a paid license and is using following versions at the moment:

Jira 7.3.6

Confluence 6.1.3

Once the migration has completed successfully then proceed with the upgrades.
