Hubspot -> Jira Integration

I am trying to bring created tickets into jira with custom fields from hubspot. 

The integration to create a bug inside of jira works however, the only thing that pulls over is the bug name and the bug description. 

I have set up custom fields to pull over from hubspot to map to fields inside of jira. 

These fields do not pull over and I am confused if something is set up wrong. 

Would love to hop on a call to see what step we are missing to have this flow useable.

When you’re syncing HubSpot tickets to Jira, especially with custom fields, it helps to think through a few things first:

• Which fields really matter for your workflow — just because a field exists doesn’t mean it needs syncing.
• Field types and formats — picklists, dates, multi-selects can behave differently across tools.
• Relationships & dependencies — consider linked records, parent-child relationships, or attachments.
• Volume & scale — how many tickets, how often updates happen, and how teams will consume the data.

In the HubSpot documentation I was not able to find any information on how to sync a custom field.  It looks like they only map to delivered fields.  https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-and-use-hubspots-integration-with-jira
