Hyperlink text in issue description on Mac Desktop Application

I'm seemingly unable to hyperlink text in my description within the Jira Desktop Mac application. In the web application one can use cmd+k as a shortcut to do this, is there a similar command in the desktop application?

To add a hyperlink in the Mac version you can do the below steps

Step#1: After selecting the text click on the hyperlink action

Step#2: Add the needed URL

Considering cmd+k action we'll be working to support that too.
