Hi Abdulelah - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The statuses come from the workflows in the workflow scheme associated with the project. You will need to add statuses for the workflow there. If you have done that, but sure that you have Published the workflow! Otherwise, they will not show up.

Once the workflow is published, refresh the board for the board settings. You should see the new status(es) in the Unmapped statuses section of the settings.

Hi Abdulelah.

If you are Jira administrator then you can add a new workflow status called Testing or whatever suits you. And as John Funk says be sure to publish the workflow.

If you are not a Jira administrator, then you can't change it, and you would have to reach out to your administrator and state your requirements for the workflow.

When the status is added to the workflow, then you can add it to the board column.

Hi @Abdulelah Almogheerah

Similar to a Kanban board, you just need to drag & drop the preferred status to the column you just created.

If you wish to create a new status for it, you can check at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-status/
