I am getting below error in events on integration Testlink with JIRA.

Hi Ankit,

I noticed this hadn't been solved for you and just wanted to follow up.

Looks like Testlink is trying to use Soap to connect to Jira. We depreciated the Soap API in favor of REST several years ago and removed Soap completely from Cloud instances earlier this year. You can read more about that decision here.

I'm not familiar with Testlink unfortunately and can't seem to find any documentation with instructions on setting up the Jira integration. This post on the testlink forums however shows that there does seem to be a REST API option for Jira integration in Testlink. If you are able to figure out how to switch it to use REST instead of Soap, it should resolve your error.
